Cal grew up in a home where fitness was our family time. Swam competitively for 12 years, swam on scholarship at the college of Idaho and boxed collegiately as well for a year.
I started CrossFit 4 years ago I couldn’t clean and jerk or snatch or do most gymnastic movements when I started.
CrossFit has brought a family into my life I am very grateful for and I am excited to start paying forward the time and effort other coaches have given me!
I love helping others and I have a drive to learn how to help and coach others correctly!
